The Collagen Bodywave works exactly the same as a sunbed with and combination of UV tubs for tanning and Red Wave light tubes for that added extra. The Red Wave light tubes help to replace the natural collagen lost by replenishing the elasticity in our skin which helps combat the signs of ageing. The Vibro Plate can be used separate from the Collagen light. To use the Vibro Plate on its own, it's a 15 minute session choosing from 3 options of effective areas; Toning, Slimming and Anti-cell. Just 15 minutes on the Vibro Plate is equivalent to 30 minutes in the gym!
